Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, just return your item within 14 days of original purchase date. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. To start your return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may either choose your carrier of choice or request a return shipping label.
If using our prepaid label, please attach the shipping label to your package and drop off at your nearest USPS location. After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use, and issue any refunds to the form(s) of payment used on the order being returned. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition, we will reach out to you with your options. All returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving them. Any shipping charges on your original order are non refundable. All returns using our prepaid label will be assessed a $6.95 handling fee. Exchanges will NOT be assessed a handling fee. You will receive an email confirmation after your return has been processed.
It may take your bank 5-10 business days to receive the refund.

Gift with Purchase
If you were given a gift with purchase, the free item must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the free item, the amount of the item will be deducted from your refund. The free item can not be returned on it's own for cash value or exchanged.
If you receive an item that is defective or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email a picture of the defect with our attached tag to email@example.com.
Love an item, but not the fit?
Customer is responsible for the return shipping on the item.
Once we receive your item, we will mail out your new exchange. We offer exchanges for any unworn, tags on and unaltered items exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.
We will cover the shipping cost to mail the exchange to you for first exchange on your order. If the item(s) is not in stock, we will issue you a refund - minus the shipping costs.
Exchanges not offered on SALE ITEMS or international orders.
