Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, just return your item within 30 days of original purchase date. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If no shipping was charged, a $6 restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.

You may either choose your carrier of choice or request a return shipping label. All returns using our prepaid label will be assessed a $7.95 handling fee.
If using our prepaid label, please attach the shipping label to your package and drop off at your nearest USPS location. After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use, and issue any refunds to the form(s) of payment used on the order being returned. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition, we will reach out to you with your options. If an item has stains of deodorant or other, smells of smoke, perfume, or has animal hair, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. If you choose not to receive the item back, it will be donated with no refund granted.
All returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving them. Any shipping charges on your original order are non refundable. You will receive an email confirmation after your return has been processed.
It may take your bank 5-10 business days to receive the refund.

Gift with Purchase
If you added a gift with purchase to your cart, the free item must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the free item, the amount of the item will be deducted from your refund. The free item can not be returned on it's own for cash value or exchanged.
If you receive an item that is defective or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email a picture of the defect with our attached tag to email@example.com.
We do not offer online exchanges or price adjustments for past sales. If you need a different size or style, please return the item you want to exchange, then place a new order for the item/size you desire instead.
