All U.S. orders are shipped FREE. We try to ship your orders as quickly as possible and most are shipped the same or next business day after payment has been confirmed.
We also ship to Canada and internationally.
Canadian customers: Before purchasing you should check your country's import tax and or duty charges. JessyKate cannot be held liable for any additional charges, taxes or duties issued by your countries import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you). Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. We have no control over these charges and we are unable to lower the stated value of any goods we send out.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages! Please contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve. If they are unable to resolve the issue, report the package stolen to your local law enforcement.
3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are an international customer, you accept the following terms when you place an order:
"By placing this order I accept the Terms of Service and authorize JessyKate to import the goods on my behalf and in my name"
Any expenses due at customs (taxes and duties fees) are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office or use an online tool (i.e. https://www.dutycalculator.com/iframe-calculation) to calculate the approximate fees that you may incur. *Please be careful when inputting your shipping address when you place your order. Our system is fully automated. We print shipping forms exactly as they have been entered into our system by the customer. Therefore, we cannot be responsible if the item is shipped to the wrong address and the package is never delivered to you. To prevent this from happening please take a moment to double check that you have entered the shipping address correctly.
